Batman Li'l Gotham #3!
Batman Li’l Gotham #3 was the Valentine’s Day issue. The first story was cute and if not for the
watercolor style artwork it would have been much better. The story highlight was seeing how many DC heroes
could make guest appearances – both good guys and bad. The joker was the star being chased by Harley
Quinn. The second story was a Robin
(Bruce Wayne’s son Robin, the dead one who is currently still dead) and Katana
but not the new52 Katana this was the teenage kid version. This story was also entertaining.

Batman Li'L Gotham #1
Batman Li’L Gotham #1 was obviously meant to be a kiddy
comic I only bought a copy because I was told it was a serious comic. I am not sure the watercolor style art work
would appeal to anyone but adults. The
first story is a Halloween story with lots of costumes on the street both real
and imposters. The ending was smart and
entertaining but so unrealistic. The
second story is a Thanksgiving Day story and just stupid. Seriously if you are doing a kiddy comic at
least make it a good one do not make it such a mess.

Batgirl!!
Batgirl #17 - I picked this issue up by mistake I thought it
was part of the Death of the Family Story line.
Technically it is not a Death of the Family Story, but it is an
aftermath story. Unfortunately it is a
rather lame story. I’m not really
believing her brother is that smart or anything for that matter. It is just lazy writing to put the hero just
one step behind the villain and say “ohhh look danger”, when actually it is
just the writer going “Awww she was too late to save lives now we can make her
feel guilty or stupid.” I could just read the X-Men or older Spider-Man to get
the same type of plot / story. On the
other hand Firebug could be interesting.

Teen Titans - Death of the Family!
Teen
Titans #16 Death of the Family! Yeah
this was another issue of blah blah blah filler. At the very least I was hoping for something
interesting. But instead we hear the
self monolog while the two Robins fight.
Then oh surprise they were just trying to trick the Joker. Only to be foiled in the end by the Joker. I’m not even sure why the flash back to the
other Titans or Raven. I’m just glad to
know this will be over soon once I am caught up

Batman and Robin!
Batman and Robin #16 (Death of the Family) well that was
interesting, but seriously how long are they going to stretch out the Robin Ah
Ghul VS. Batman dynamic. The Joker did
talk just a little too much but unlike what is happening in other Death of the
Family stories this ending was actually clever.

Ame-Comi Girls
Ame-Comi Girls number three features Duela Dent and even
though she is the Joker of this world she has the least interesting
backstory. I was glad when the action
shifted back to Batgirl and I like the new Robin.

Batman!
Detective Comics Batman continues with issue 15 and another
Death in the Family Story. I kind of
liked this issue, but I had to go re-read the previous Death stories to find
jar my memory about what happened last time.
It is hard to go wrong with a Clayface & Poison Ivy story line.
And I am now caught up with comics released December 5,
2012.

Batman!
I just finished reading the latest issue of the new comic
book, Batman Legends of the Dark Knight #2.
This issue had a single entertaining story. To avoid big spoilers I am just going to say the
Joker is trying to help out.
